Yesterday (08 April 2024) we held the Funeral and Graveside Services for our dear friend Samuel who entered into the presence of his Saviour on the 28th of March 2024.

We love and miss Samuel so very much.

Samuel died the Thursday before Easter weekend in a work accident, doing the job he loved and excelled at. As a church we gathered the very next morning for our Good Friday Service with the Scott family and again on Easter Sunday. These services were a means of grace, gifts from our Heavenly Father as we mourned together and sought refuge in our Saviour. Many of us also shared meals together on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Being together as a church family was a balm to our weary souls.

It is impossible to put into words the impact of Samuel’s 25 years on so many people. He lived a life of consistent integrity, giving honour to His Saviour Jesus Christ everywhere he went.
