Over the last several years the Lord has laid it on the hearts of a number of folks living in Rolleston who meet in area Christchurch churches, to establish a local church in their own community.
In the providence of God, these families have come together and, led by Grace Baptist Church of Christchurch, have called a pastor. They anticipate seeing Rolleston Baptist Church firmly established by the end of 2014.
It is our desire to glorify God by:
- Faithfully proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ,
- Teaching all of the Bible under the conviction that it is the very Word of God and is both authoritative and sufficient for all of life,
- Growing together to maturity as a local body of believers as we serve one another, worship together, fellowship, and stir one another on toward Christ-likeness
- Serving the community of Rolleston with the love of Jesus Christ as we seek to care for our neighbours and friends.
